For those without any previous experience, a beginners class is also held.

MONTHLY RETREATS: In addition to the weekly meditation classes, the Vihara holds a retreat on the last Saturday of every month (except August and December) from 2.00 -8.00pm.

All meditators - whether beginners or experienced - are welcome to participate in this all-important practice.The classes are free of charge, but you may like to make a donation towards the cost of maintenance of the Vihara.
